Have a Go Day - Saturday, February 11, Kendall Park from 10.00am - 12.00pm.

Sunshine Football and the Waimak Football Club will be holding activities and football games for people with a disability of any age on Saturday, February 11 starting at 10.00am. Everyone is welcome and we want to hear from any player with a disability who wants to join in regardless of whether he/she has played football before. Younger siblings are welcome to play too. Sunshine Football in conjunction with the Waimak Football Club want to form a football team for people with a disability in North Canterbury including Rangiora and the surrounding catchment area. Football skills and training will be provided once a week for an hour, probably on a Monday at Kendall Park. Sunshine Football Christchurch and Sunshine Football Waimak will then be able to hold a competition and have regular games. We are also interested in hearing from any other football club who wants to form a team for football players with a disability.

Bring:

1. Money for the sausage sizzle, raffle tickets, drinks
2. Warm clothes, water bottle and sunscreen as the weather is so changeable
