RESERVES HEAD COACH
The desired applicant will be coaching a young, driven and ambitious group of senior players, supported by players and staff from the senior environment.
The Coach must work in alignment with the Club's playing philosophy and methodology in tandem with the First Team Coach, reporting to the Club Football Development Manager regularly.
The Coach must have a clear passion for the game with an objective motive to empower his players through a clear mission of coaching players ready for the First Team. The team is not result-orientated, our success is with the player’s progression and the overall success of the First Team.
This role is a paid fixed-term coaching contract, with opportunities for further development and coaching positions within the Club.
The desired candidate has experience coaching senior players, with the qualification of an OFC C License – however, is not mandatory also as long as obtaining this qualification is agreed upon.
