After a well-earned week off, the squad has returned refreshed, recharged, and ready for another big challenge. The break gave everyone the opportunity to recover both physically and mentally before coming back together for a strong week of training and focused match preparation.
The energy and intensity throughout the week have been excellent, with the group fully committed as we prepare to face the current league leaders, Ferrymead Bays.
